Teacher Feature

Anna Mignatti - Piano, Vocal Instructor

Anna Mignatti has been playing classical piano since age 7 and took formal
lessons for 10 years. She discovered a talent and passion for opera at age 9
and received formal lessons for 8 years. She was classically trained by
professional opera singers, one of whom was a member of The Met. She
performed solo arias in student recitals and was also a chorus member of
Nickel City Opera in Tonawanda NY for a production of Amahl and the Night
Visitors. Her musical interests range from the 1930s-1980s. She especially
loves 1950s and 1960s rock and roll including Elvis, The Beatles and The
Rolling Stones. Her hobbies include film, history, fashion, animals and
cooking. She has been teaching piano for 17 years and has recently started
teaching beginner voice as well. She loves teaching both children and adults
alike. We are lucky to have her as part of the family here.
